Arana Eco Lodge & Yoga Center: Premier Eco Lodge for Yoga Enthusiasts at GBE Awards 2026

Arana Eco Lodge & Yoga Center has received Premier Eco Lodge for Yoga Enthusiasts at the Global Business Excellence Awards 2026. Organised by London Business Consultancy, London, UK, the awards recognise businesses, professionals and creative work across a broad range of fields. For Arana Eco Lodge & Yoga Center, the 2026 recognition places the spotlight on eco hospitality and yoga retreats.

A retreat shaped by its setting

Arana Eco Lodge & Yoga Center is located in Kithal Ella, in Sri Lanka's hill country. Its public offering brings together eco-lodge accommodation and yoga within a green, nature-led setting. That combination gives the property a clear identity: a stay is not only about a room, but also about the pace and surroundings of the visit.

The Premier Eco Lodge for Yoga Enthusiasts title recognises that particular intersection of hospitality and wellness. Yoga travellers may be looking for space to practise, quieter routines and time away from a busy schedule. An eco-lodge setting can form part of that experience without turning a holiday into a promise of medical or therapeutic outcomes.

Hospitality with room to slow down

Ella is associated with hill-country travel, walking and scenery. Arana's identity adds a yoga-focused dimension to that destination, making its award category more specific than a general hotel accolade. The relationship between the natural setting and the guest's intended experience is central to understanding the recognition.

GBE Awards 2026 honours Arana Eco Lodge & Yoga Center under the exact title Premier Eco Lodge for Yoga Enthusiasts. The award draws attention to a hospitality offering in which accommodation and a personal interest come together. It celebrates the lodge as the named recipient while recognising a style of travel that leaves room for stillness, movement and appreciation of the surrounding landscape. For visitors discovering the property through the awards, this is the distinctive focus behind its 2026 recognition.
